Rylock Window & Door frames are available in 25 powder coat colours, including 17 ColorBond hues. A list of these is available for download below, however the limitations of computer monitors mean only the names are accurate. To obtain an actual A4 colour sample chart, please contact your Rylock Sales Consultant. For final decisions, actual coated metal samples can also be provided.

In order to exert maximum control over finish & quality, Rylock developed & commissioned a semi-automated powder coat line. The process begins with multiple-tank pre-treatment for all extrusions. The line itself is designed to minimise handling of the sections before & after coating. Testing powder adhesion & thickness of the coating - alongside visual inspections - are critical to the quality control process.

Such is the confidence in their powder coating process, in 2010 Rylock commissioned CSIRO to undertake independant testing of Rylock coatings, alongside a number of competing surface finishes. The results more than vindicated this confidence, & your Rylock Sales Consultant will be happy to provide the entire twenty-three page report & explanatory letter, which summarise the process & findings.
